Sam, Luke and Spence truly are geniuses plus being personable, informative and as helpful as anyone could possibly expect and more! Sam spent extensive time instructing us on all the amazing features of our 428i. Luke encouraged us to update the ceiling liner which streamlined the car even more. Spense was an over the top enthusiastic advocate of picking up the vehicle in Spartanburg which was an experience we will always savor. The entire Knauz experience was excellent. Thanks, Geniuses!!!!

I am happy to say I just purchased my first BMW and I would be very surprised if it isn’t followed by more in the future. As a creature of habit, I had purposely stayed away from this incredible German auto even as my husband has for several years been encouraging me to “check out the BMW.” Since I tend to be the kid transporter, I have needed a large, roomy beast while he has driven the sporty sedan. I have been going to Knauz Service for seven years and the service department has always been very good. Cesar Salcedo however is exceptional. He explained everything thoroughly and give you the options to have your car running as it should be.
