I called the dealership b/c my brother-inlaw purchased a new car from them the prior week and couldn't say enough about his pleasant experience w/Bruce. Re: BMW of Schereville. I purchased a new 2011 BMW 328i X-Drive with the help of Joe Holewa from sales. He was knowledgeable, professional and helpful all without that sense of trying to hard to please that sometimes occurs with auto salespeople. Joe was fantastic and made the entire buying process simple and straightforward. We live in the Chicagoland area and spoke with Joe several times by phone to discuss options and price. I was referred to Joe by another one of Joe's customers. My overall car buying experience was the most pleasant one that I have every had. Joe and I were able to get a lot accomplished over the phone and email before I drove from Chicago. I gave the rating as I did because there wasn't an EXCELLENCE amongst the selection. Great just does'nt discribe the service that I recieved. This is the first luxury vehicle that I've ever purchased, and I was treated like a queen the minute I walked through the door.
