We LOVE BMW of Schererville! Our last visit was based upon both of our vehicles requiring service. Kristy is always very nice and professional, getting us in as soon as our schedules allow. The experience was pleasant, and I know that they always do a competent and thorough job. Every person in this service area is simply great: you could not ask for better. Not only do we love our cars, but we love our dealership.
This is my #2 car with Justin and every sale is 100% stress free. He takes the time to go over each detail before the sale is complete. I was extremely satisfied with my new BMW purchase. I have been buying BMW's from Bruce Guidotti for sixteen years. This latest purchase (fifth vehicle) was again a pleasure. Bruce is very knowledgeable and helpful. When making any purchase I am comfortable with his expertise and advice. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and work together on the entire process of buying a car.

Under previous ownership, I had several bad experiences and vowed to never return. However, because only BMW dealerships had the necessary diagnostic equipment for my 15-year car, AND because the new ownership bore no responsibility for past problems, I reversed my decision and returned. Worked with Berto and Levin BMW before - past 3 vehicle. Would not consider anywhere else. We visited other local dealers and this dealer had more cars for test drive They had a much better building and amenities. Also, from past experience, they offer good service hours, loaner vehicles etc.
Mr. Paul Harding, one of the service managers, exceeded all of my highest expectations. The repair was perfectly executed and my vehicle was ready exactly when I was told it would be done. It is rare these days that even very high expectations are exceeded, but Paul managed to do it. It's not everyday that you feel like you got what you paid for, and now I know I have the right vehicle from the right dealership.
