Chris Hardaway was great! It has been many years since I have purchased a vehicle and he made it an enjoyable experience - the test driving, car review and financing. I had many questions and he answered all of them and was very knowledgable. Many of the items were new to me, like the nitro tires, run-flat tires, etc. and he did a fantastic job in explaining them. Chris has a great personality and demeanor, making the day pleasurable for me and my friend.
I bought my car from BMW dealership in Scherevill and its my pleasure of having my car from there because this dealership itself is large and immaculate in appearence with a friendly and available staff. An overall pleasant experience... No high pressure tactics, good pricing, no hidden costs or last minute add-ons of fees. No problem getting accurate information on the vehicles. The salesman was honest and helpful. He even showed how I could get the better deal on a newer pre-owned vehicle versus the first one that I test drove. We purchased a CPO vehicle here for my wife a few years ago and that experience brought me back in the door this time.
Justin was wonderful, he accomodated me with everything I wanted. My overall experience with everyone was great. Excellent customer service. In the past I've purchased a car with the previous owners (Levin). I was treated very very poorly from sales to service. It was sooo bad I would much rather drive many miles to BMW of Orland just for service. I can definitely see and feel the wonderful change. Great Staff. And thank you for your help Justin. This dealership was sold in the last year, and I did not know who the new owners were. However, I have bought three previous cars from Chris Hardaway and I trusted him. I bought my car at Schererville bmw. I bought a used Jeep Liberty. My check engine light came on and I called in to see if I could get it looked at. My time Schedar is crazy and they worked very well to fit my timely needs. Usually a dealer doesn't go that far out of their way to make things work like they did. I was in and out quickly and everything was fixed. I had a wonderful experience at this Bmw dealer!
