I had the pleasure of working with Joe Holewa throughout the process of leasing my first BMW. Although I live in Chicago, Joe made the purchasing of the car very easy using email and phone, saving me time from driving back and forth to the dealership. I am very pleased to have found a car dealership with the excellent service BMW of Schererville. I refer any and everybody to purchase or get their car serviced there. I have never been to a place where everyone is so polite. The owner always is thinking of ways to make us comfortable. I will always do business with BMW of Schererville as long as I will be driving hopefully til I am 75. Thank you for thinking of the consumer. You have my life long business. The BEST, The BEST dealership to purchase a car from, all the staff is wonderful. I have a 2011 BMW 328xi fully loaded at a wonderful price. Tommy is very attentive and listens to your needs no pressure from this dealership. Thanks for welcoming me into the BMW family. Tommy Coffaro was a stand up guy. I really appreciated his professional attitude. He was helpful in getting me the car I wanted at an excellent price. I stopped in on my lunch hour and was back at work in no time. I purchased a 2006 330xi that was in excellent shape. They gave me the CarFax off the website. My wife and I have not had good experiences at other dealers but we will only be dealing with BMW of Schererville from this point. The people at the BMW dealership in Schererville were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed doing business with them and would recommend them to anyone. I also enjoyed doing business with Tom Caffaro and Rachel who are extremely great people. Everybody keep up the good work.

I came into the dealership with a challenge. I recently totaled my brand new car, and all my paperwork for the total loss was still in process, but really needed a car for my upcoming military transfer. Bruce found me an excellent used BMW, and worked for hours to ensure i received the lowest price and rate for the BMW. Even though the insurance claim was being processed on my wreaked car, they worked with my insurance company and gap company to get all the necessary paperwork needed to get approved financing.

The atmosphere was sophisticated and pleasant. The vehicle selection was extensive and the staff was knowledgeable. The transaction was quick with minimal haggling and many of the details were arranged by phone before my arrival from 100+ miles away. It was worth the trip.
