I had a couple of service appointments during my lease and dealt with Kristy Murphy for all. She was the handles every detail down to the very smallest and is very proactive in her communication. I knew what was going on with my car every step of the way, and in most cases, she was one step ahead of me. I would suggest this dealership to anyone as long as she could be my service advisor.

Very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly service. I have recommended this dealer to others and will continue to do so. They went out of thier way to make sure I was well taken care of and satisfied with the service. I have visited other dealers but Levin is my choice by far.

I saw Kristy's video clip and am so glad to see she is still a part of your BMW team after the sale of this dealership. Her assistance after my fender bender is much appreciated. Mr. Hardaway made our purchasing experience very pleasurable. He answered all of our questions and even called us to make sure everything was working out ok with our new BMW 6 months later. This dealership used to be owned by Levin and I cringed every time I had to go there. I have reconnected with them now that they have new ownership and all I can say is, WOW, what a difference! My sales rep was Jimmie Page from the internet department. Professionalism, BMW product knowledge, and the willingness to listen to me was the keys to my purchase at BMW Schererville. A little more than 1 year ago, my fiance and I walked into this dealership and was immediately helped by Joe in sales. He had a personality that was first willing to help you find the exact car you were looking for instead of just selling something to make his quota. I have been a loyal cutomer and have repeatedly recommended the dealer to friends and family whom have also purchased vehicles from BMW of Schereville. Worst dealership and employees I have dealt with. Rude sales people. I spent 24,000 on what I thought was a good vehicle and after driving 20 miles the check engine light came on. We returned vehicle and they told us tough luck they wouldnt do anything. They knew about problem before they sold it and lied. I will never even consider buying from them or using their service department. They are crooks and she be in jail. One star is overrating them
