Went in for SERVICE RECALL, WORSE service EVER Went in for a service recall but ended up being treated like a dummy. Service rep was ELVIN LAW, this guy not only lied with service recall getting completed at no charge...but had the nerve to PUSH an invoice of "recommended" service needed for my 335i..that added up totalling $20,683.!! This guy ELVIN is hands down the most unprofessional and dishonest BMW representative i have met to date. BUT luckily there's a wonderful Service Manager here and she set things right.
Competitive price I was fortunate to encounter a sales person who is patience and addresses all your concerns and a finance manager who walks you through the paperwork in purchasing a CPO vehicle.

Poor CPO buying experience Poor CPO car buying experience. Purchased a CPO 335 Xi, and noticed that 2 of the tires were cupping and making a horrible noise. The 2 tires *barely* met their CPO guidelines, but the service department said they needed to be replaced along with an alignment (car pulls heavily to the right) Cost -- $1200. Imagine buying a CPO car and immediately needing $1200 worth of work. Not Happy with Stevens Creek Late last year I purchased a 2016 BMW certified lease return from Stevens Creek. The people were friendly and courteous and the facility is nice. However, they presented the car as a certified in excellent condition. The outside of the car appeared to have a residue on it and they agreed to polish this out. Beware - Bait and switch Internet deals Review only on used BMW internet sales buying purchase. Long story short, i scheduled with Fred to come in the mext morning to take a look at the car. Got there in the morning, was told the car was sold last night which i did not receive a courtesy call which would have saved me from drining 50 miles!!! Also wasting 4 hours of my time!!!! Perhaps best BMW dealer in Silicon Valley Buying a car from them was quite smooth. They had many variations of the model I was looking for and were quite willing to show me every one they had in stock. They had posted sale prices online for some of the cars they had in stock but discounted others which were advertised at a higher price. Negotiations for the price were fairly quick. go to another place to buy. not worth the trouble I’ve shopped many of dealerships and this one is the worst by a long shot. This dealership cares little about you and they are not afraid to tell you. Came in, test drive a car with a great sales person named Vinny (the only guy worth anything in this place). STAY AWAY FROM FRED AND RON BMW StevensCreek! Would give them 0 stars if I could. Tried to purchase a 2013 Audi A4. Deal was done had a down payment. Went to dealership to pick it up, and they told me deal went through no o don’t have valid license. Had my bro with me who did, never had a problem and they said can’t do it. Find out today, the car is sold. Jus crooks. Nice to u in front of ur face but will stab u in back. They don’t care about u. STAY AWAY FROM FRED AND RON!!!!
