The Service Advisor suggested taking an Uber and they will reimburse or you can rent a car at a discounted rate. WHAT?!!! Wait Times are ridiculous The work is carried out professionally but it takes forever to get out of the dealership. I had to wait over 45 minutes after being processed for a loaner vehicle and over 20 minutes to collect my vehicle. Its the same every time. Wish there was a better alternative dealership.

Car service BMW X5 Called to have oil changed. The service department was proactive and completed minor tuneup. Issue: Every time I bring the car in for service, there is NEVER a loaner available. They say we need to book two weeks out. This tells me the inventory of loaners doesn't match to service demand and people who bought the loaner package.

There will be one less BMW on the streets! I dealt with the sales staff on 2 occasions and my experience was very bad. The one star is for having a nice display of the latest BMW models in the store. I have always liked BMWs. My experience kept me wondering how there can be a luxury car store without having good customer service. Maintenance service and loan car service I had an appointment for maintenance service and I had a loan BMW car appointment as well, however; all the loan car had been run out at the same day of my car service. I had to wait one hour and 15 minutes until the customer returned his car. It seemed like you overbooked the loan car appointment and make the customer like me to wait very long time to get the loan car. I hope you BMW service department can fix this issue next time.

They don't have any respect for their customers I bought a used BMW lastweek. As soon as I left the doors, i got these errors: low tire pressure, oil leaking, right headlights blinking and eventually not working. I went there and asked them if they can fix it. Started out well... I purchased a certified preowned electric car. It was told of all the rigors of inspection but then my electric car wouldn't charge at public stations. Another BMW dealership really helped me out after I was left stranded 70 miles from home. Truly my disappointment is that in an electric vehicle they didn't check the charging system.
