"It took 3.5 hrs for routine maintenance service" I am not sure why it took 3.5 hr for routine maintenance. If it was going to be busy then apt time for 10am should have different based on requested services.
"Horrible Lease Return " The loopholes encountered at this dealership proves absolute corruption corrupts absolutely. I purchased a special contract when signing for the lease to cover all scratches to the vehicle along with tires. Guess what? I had to pay $600 for two tires because low treads are not covered and $100 for scratches to the bumper because scratches on the bumper are not covered. Don’t forget to pay the $350 to the bank for the lease return. I am sorry but the dealership never placed these loopholes in writing.... read more
"Routine maintenance" My last maintenance appointment was excellent. Associate performed extremely professional. And the work was done to my satisfaction I purchased the car at the same location. At my first service appointment which was after 3 months. Associate tells me I needed to replace all tires. Why will you sell me a car that bad bad tires. I will never recommend bmw to anyone. I was ripped off as you sold me terrible certified used car that had not gone through inspection. Yet the associate tells me there is nothing... read more
"Worst dealership Manager ever " I am having a really hard time sleeping....Drove to this dealership for the second from nj... Drobe 2 hours going and 2 hours back simply because I really like the salesman that was over there Mike Robinson...He was excellent and great but His manager is giving this establishment a really bad name I would advise to categorize this place because of manager as the WORST BMW DEALERSHIP EVER
"Ripp off " I brought my 2014 BMW X6 in for service in which I needed a couple lightbulbs changed my gas pedal tightened. For each individual item they were charging me $169 just to look at each problem that I had . So before anything even got fixed my bill was $540 and that was just to look at all my issues that I had with the car nothing with labor or parts. To me that is highway robbery.
"Rarely are there loaners available" I had my car towed in without an appointment. Unfortunately, the car required major work. I was told that there weren’t any loaners available. In fact, they wouldn’t have a loaner available for the next two weeks. That’s not good. I have used this dealership before, with appointments, yet was never able to obtain a loaner.
"Not great" Salesperson was friendly and courteous, but incompetent. Did not know which options the car I was looking at had! Basically clueless! And, to top it off, he asked that I update my insurance policy with the VIN number of the new car. I discovered several days later that he had given me the VIN number for another car I was looking at, NOT the one I purchased! Luckily, I caught it in time, and was able to notify my insurance company.
"Customer service is severely lacking " The salesperson I dealt with did not do his due diligence on a cpo x5 I was prepared to purchase. He knew full well that I was going to be traveling over an hour to this dealership. I had financing, insurance and downpayment in hand. I had not seen this vehicle and he knew it. It had every feature I was looking for and despite being over 4,000 above kelly blue book cpo dealer fair rate I was prepared to get this vehicle. "sticker shock" Labor charges beyond outrageous. Will not return. Question my brand loyalty. Keeping a bmw beyond original warranty a losing proposition Staff were great and work apppears well done
