We initially visited this dealership last Spring thinking that we might be in the market for a used car this Fall. At that time we test drove a BMW 328i. Joe Hernandez was great to work with on every level. We were a little disappointed with the way the car was cleaned prior to taking ownership--the interior did not seem much cleaner than when we saw it two days prior and I was able to rub dirt off the console with my fingers--I expected that it would have had a better cleaning. Max Zuercher was very professional, courteous, and we feel he did a wonderful job for us. During the buying process we never felt pressured to complete the sale.
