Miky Brin was exceptional to work with. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, helped me get the best price with the Germain certificate and my USAA discount, explained the car well, and said he would always be available if I have questions about the car in the future. Our sales rep was Larry Brewer. Mr. Brewer was very cordial on our initial visit to examine the 135is. We were interested enough in the vehicle to consider trading in our Mini Cooper. This is the second BMW we have purchased from Germain thru our sales rep Jim McGinn. Jim is the most straight forward and honest auto sales rep we have ever dealt with. He even recommended that we hold off buying a new X-5 until the much improved new model was available in six months. He is extremely knowledgable about the product and explains the options clearly.
