Daron was knowledgable . He "got" it when I told him what and why I was looking for preowned car. Very helpful. Made it easy and was able to complete transaction in a timely fashion. He added thoughtful extras ( floor mats, trip to rental car). He gave a good tutorial on features and operations.

I was looking at Mercedes GLK originally but decided it was too small. Went to Germain BMW & test drove the X3 with Max. Loved the size & feel of the car which had all the features I wanted. Arrived at a fair price & drove the car home the same day. Would definitely recommend Max & the dealership!

We bought a new BMW on New Year's Day 2014 and took delivery that afternoon. Fortunately, Germain BMW had 22 selections for the model we were interested in, so we were able to buy a car with the color and options we wanted. Larry Brewer facilitated getting this deal done with his attentiveness to everything from road testing the car to getting the right deal for us. We would definitely want to deal with him in the future.

We bought a 2001 Toyota Avalon for our son in college. Kevin Browne was one of the friendliest sales people we've come across in quite some time (and it didn't hurt he's from Dublin, where we honeymooned). Our overall experience was a very easy and comfortable transaction, We would recommend Kevin to anybody!

We shopped several other vehicles at several other dealerships and want back to Peter because of the trust that he earned and his knowledge of the vehicles. Peter worked hard for our business, even staying after hours to complete our sale. Peter has all of the qualities that will keep us coming back for years.

Working with Joe Hernandez to purchase a car was a positive experience. He was helpful and communicated using text and phone which was convenient for me. Since I was in the middle of my car search when I went met Joe, he did a good job of keeping in touch and checking in with me over the next few days without being bothersome. Daron Lynn and the staff at Germain BMW provided the most respectful and flexible service that I have received in my 20 years of purchasing and owning BMW products. Our salesman, Chris Bryant, was personable, honest, knowledgeable and very accommodating. He was very easy to deal with and made our experience a very pleasant one. Both Chris and Neil Collinsworth made us a great offer and thereby converted us from an Audi owner to a BMW owner.
