This was the third car I have purchased at Germain (2 BMW, 1 Mercedes). My sales rep was Peter Martin in all cases. This time it worked out great because I needed to complete the transaction that day because I was leaving town the next morning. Kevin got me through the financing right away and I drove out with the new car that afternoon. I will continue to buy from Germain. It is a great dealership, and my experience with sale, finance, and service have always been spectacular.
