We have purchased 2 BMWs from Jim who did a super job for us before, during and after delivery. He did an excellent job of helping us select the best cars for us, explaining the financing options (lease or buy) and waling us through all of the steps from ordering to delivery and following-up with us on all the questions we have had before and after delivery. We wld strongly recommend Jim to any prospective BMW client.

Max met us at the door and provided a friendly greeting. He established a professional relationship, and clearly is very knowledgeaable of the BMW line. Max exhibited compassion and great care in treating my disabled fusband. All-in-all it was a great buying experience.

My overall experience purchasing my new 5 series BMW was Excellent. Each and every time I enter the dealership, I am graciously welcomed. I was well informed on every aspect of my new vehicle. I will only purchase cars from Germain BMW, they have a terrific staff.

Both Ahmad and Neal made the buying experience as good as it can get. They went out of their way to provide me with the best experience I have had in purchasing an automobile. The showroom Service Department and all aspects of the dealership were immaculate. It was a pleasure and a priviledge doing business with this fine dealership.

Jim McGinn. Wouldn't buy a car from anyone else. Talked me out of a bad decision. Helped me stay strong while we waited for just the right car. Brought it to my house to assure it fit perfectly in my garage. And best of all, taught me how to operate the new features. It's the third car I've bought from Jim. He's a very savvy BMW "guy".
