Our experience with Germain BMW has been positive so far. One suggestion... When we ordered our new BMW535iX, nothing was mentioned about the Zxylon coat. We learned about it at delivery of our car. This required two additional trips to the dealership from Marco Island. We think this should be offered at the time the car is ordered so it can be on the car when we take delivery.

When we arrived at Germain BMW, we were greeted by Peter Martin and were immediately offered a test drive in the car we chose. Peter was friendly and professional as he informed us of the many great features of the BMW and its service requirements. Peter was great, he processed all our paper work in the morning and we had our new car in the evening. Peter and his team waited for us to arrive and had us in and out in 15 minutes.
