I searched for a specific year and model car for about three weeks on line and at dealerships, I knew what I wanted and when I saw a previously owned Volvo at Germain BMW on a holiday weekend I sent an E-mail and I was surprised to receive a quick response in an offer to help me. My husband and I went to Germain to shop for a new BMW convertible, having owned 3 previous ones. We were fortunate enough to meet Jim McGinn, who was extremely helpful. My husband was recovering from a stroke and because of everything going on, it took us a while to finalize what we wanted. We were very appreciative of the fact that Jim was so patient and didn't rush us. Michael was great. Friendly and professional, he arranged everything concerning the sale of our new, 2014 X3. We live in Boston and recently purchased a vacation home in Estero...........Michael had everything arranged and completed upon our arrival - he even offered to pick us up at the airport (which we should have taken) to BMW in Naples. From the time I first walked into Germain shopping for a used BMW, I was impressed with the cordial, professional approach that Kevin Browne demonstrated. Working with Greg was one of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Larry Brewer was very nice and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions plus more and never pressured us in any way. He even told us to come back and he would go over everything with us again. I would definitely give others his name.
