My experience with Germain BMW was excellent as noted in the above survey. I initially made contact via the internet with the dealership to make initial inquiries and get the ball rolling because my occupation requires me to be at the computers as much as possible during the day. Most of the transaction was negotiated via email and phone calls and was finalized in person within a very efficient time frame. This was the best experience we have ever had. Larry, Neal, and Ken were great! They exceeded my expectations, and didn't push for any extras, they were very informative of the cars and the process. We love the car, we love the team, we will not be shopping anywhere else from now on. Management and sales team seem to work very well together, as well as the reception staff and service team. The best thing besides the car is the Customer service we receive. highly recommend Germain BMW!

Germain BMW service department has been very friendly and offered us great maintenance in the past, although we purchased the car from another dealer in Ohio. Totally focused on making it easy to get your car serviced, service loaners that are clean and the latest models, and most importantly, get the job done right the first time. We went to the dealership in a rain storm near the end of the day. Joe walked across the lot getting wet at a time when he normally would have been leaving work, with a big smile on his face, and had no problem talking to us about several of the cars for an hour. He took us out for a test drive, gave us good advice and looked after our whole sales experience. This dealership is first rate and Joe is a great guy to do business with !

Exceptional Shopping experience. Chris was great, they didn't have the car we wanted but located it while we waited and delivered in within 72 hours of us deciding to buy the car. I would highly recommend both Chris and Germain BMW. Great extra's offered like complimentary car washes 2 times a month.

Mike did an outstanding job with my transaction. Everything was clear and straight forward. He handled it professionally and made it work according to my needs. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Germain BMW and I will continue to do so in the future. I had previously dealt with another employee on my past vehicles with equal feeling. Now that he is gone I was worried that I would not get the same service. I was wrong. Mike surpassed my expectations. Nice work!

Joe Henandez was a pleasure to work with. We live in NC and had our vehicle ship right to our front door. Joe was instrumental in finding us a company to transport our vehicle at a reasonable price. I was a little worried about purchasing a vehicle without seeing it but this dealership is first class. The vehicle was delivered in PERFECT condition.
