Jim is a very knowledgeable about the BMW product. He also has a vey good sales approach to the customer and does not pressure the buyer into a sale. He is the one of the reasons I come to Naples BMW for sales and service.

I feel compelled to share my great experience with Ahmad Suid at Germain BMW of Naples. I was shopping for a used BMW I was impressed by Ahmad Suid's thorough presentation. Easy experience buying a used car at Germain BMW. Out the door in less than 3 hours. Promised repairs were arranged and completed in a timely manner on the rear window of the convertible I bought. I believe the repair was done by a third party and because of the quality of the repair I am not able to give 5 stars on the quality of work. It could have been done better with less visible glue sticking out on the window. The quality of all other work (sales, communication, financing) was outstanding and would be rated a 5. Was handed to Jim by new car sales mgr. in 2011. He is very knowledgeable and does not push! Jim is responsive to phone & email contacts. He knows the product and the customer. Very professional with high end sales. My 2012 750 was hit by visiting Brits who ran a 4 way stop. Jim was quickly available to direct tow to Supreme. I was looking for a 535XI in my area in the year, price range and mileage that I could afford, unfortunately Colorado did not have any that met my criteria, so I started to expand my search, and found exactly what I was looking for at Germain BMW in Naples. This is the second BMW that we purchased from Germain BMW and Jim McGinn and both times we had a awesome experience! We didn't feel like Jim pressured us and he took his time reviewing all the different options available to us between leasing and buying. We also spent time with the general manager Flavio and he also made us feel very special.
