Go see Mike Powell if you really want to be treated well and make the best deal. He is patient and, moreover, he listens to what you want. Mike is a problem solver, whether it's inventory problems or financing problems, he will knock himself out to make the deal work for you. No pressure, just common sense and courtesy. I stopped by the dealership with a service question and saw a used car on display in the "star" location and drove into the used car area first to ask about this particular car (SUV.) Daron Lynn met me at the door and was happy to describe the vehicle and the reason it was displayed in such a prominent spot for passing traffic to see. Joe Hernandez was very helpful with our online purchase of our 2011 335coupe. He followed up promptly and our car was ready for pickup when we requested. The car was in excellent condition just as Joe had described. I am sure he will have years of success at Germain BMW. I would definitley recommend him for certified pre-owned sales.

My brother have leased from Germain BMW and were complimentary about the service they experienced! I live in NY and was visiting my family in Naples and decided to go and so car shopping. I was very please with the friendly and comfortable environment. I've gone to other BMW dealers and did not have that comfort level. Ahmad was great and we will refer friends to see him at Germain BMW.

I had another pleasant experience when visiting Germain BMW in North Naples recently... My client advisor was Larry Brewer. Larry was very helpful in answering all of my questions, explaining the particulars of the car and its functionality and remained positive throughout the transaction, even after I signed my documents and received the car, which is when you see most client advisors at car dealerships lose interest in the customer.
