I rated both the dealership in Naples and my consultant, Gregg Schneff, great because the experience was seamless. Prompt response, delivery, and attention to detail makes all the difference but when you add the beautiful, high performance 335i coupe and superior service coupled with a great price, then you do have the "ultimate driving experience"!

This is the third car i have leased from Jim. My friends and family all buy/lease their cars from Jim. His service goes above and beyond through the entire transaction and even afterwards. I highly recommend Jim for anyone looking to buy or lease a car.

This is the 4th car I've had the pleasure of purchasing through Jim. He's as low pressure and helpful as anyone could want (not to mention just a good guy) Jim is great at looking into any BMW Programs to save some money and made the ordering of my cars very stress free.

He was able to give me a price quote and lease payment in advance and when I arrived at the dealership all terms and conditions were as promised. Jim McGinn is a consummate salesperson. His style of working with the customer's needs and wants to find the right vehicle is excellent. He does not over sell, but gives you all the information you could want to get the right mix of features and performance. He is also very nice and easy to talk to. Clearly a major benefit to the Germain dealership.

Germain always meets or exceeds my expectations in Sales (Jim McGinn) and Service (Don Huttlin). Larry Oblinger has always been there to provide guidance and the final say of purchases I have made. He is also one of the best. Tracy Constantini is very pleasant and very professional helping make every visit a pleasant experience.
