I was looking for a new x1 but then was introduced to the loaner concept. With a specific set of requirements that I had , Jim worked with me and Germain's loaner fleet to match me up almost perfectly and at a loaner price. Very satisfied with the whole experience . What led me too Germain was my complete satisfaction with and confidence in Don Huttlin who has acted as my ""personal "" service advisor over the last 4/5 years. Cannot say enough good things about Donald.

Mike was thoroughly professional with excellent knowledge of the full product range. I had no intention of entering into a new lease when my prior lease was ending, but Mike gave me a different perspective and helped me understand the pluses and minuses of my various lese-end options. This discussion led me to decide on a new car, rather than buying out my lease at the residual value. I had a great experience while buying my used BMW from the Germain BMW used vehicle department. My sales man, Kevin Browne was very freindly and professional. He explain to me how to operate all the features of the vehicle, the cons, and the goods of owning that car. The entire transaction was rapid and I was out of the dealership driving my "new to me" vehicle in about 2 1/2 hours. I will recomend Kevin and the entire staff of Germain BMW in a heart beat. Neal saved the day by following up with me regarding my initial visit which did not go to well with an agent who is no longer there!!! I could not have had a better experience with Neal who then introduced me to Jason Durston to help me with any and all future needs there!!! DARON LIVED UP TO ALL OF MY EXPECTATIONS IN FINALIZING MY PURCHASE OF THE 2010 750 IL. I HAVE WORKED WITH BILL EMERSON FOR THE BETTER PART OF 10 YEARS AND HE HAS ALSO LIVED UP TO ALL MY EXPECTATIONS. I HAVE RECOMMENDED GERMAIN BMW TO SEVERAL OF MY NAPLES FRIENDS.

Kevin was very interesting and easy to work with. I appreciated being allowed to go at my own pace and talk about my questions with no attempts to deflect my attention to other topics. Kevin was very upbeat about the dealership and appeared to enjoy his job. He is very knowledgable but doesn't possess the arrogance that I sometimes encounter in the automobile market. I was always comfortable and felt no pressure. The product was good quality at a fair price. John White
