We found the vehicle we were looking for on the internet at this dealership but was hesitate to drive over 120 miles to see the car because we had been disappointed with a local dealer misleading us. The salesman assured us the vehicle was pristine and the price we had agreed to over the phone would be honored. We were pleasantly surprised! Rick Camp has been my salesman for many years now. that's why I always go back to Germain. He knows what I want and when I need it. The day of turning in the leased car and going home with the new one was terrific. Rick had the car ready and looking beautiful and showed us all the new "gadgets" that have been added to the 2013 3-series. When we had to do the transition paperwork with the Finance manager, it went smoothly; no problems. We drove off happy knowing we got a good deal and a great car!

Gregory, and everyone else at Germain BMW were responsible for one of the best car purchase experiences I ever had. What's more, I purchased a very used, six year old car with almost 50K miles. There were other used cars on the lot that were selling for four times what I paid for my car. So, this was not a significant sale for Gregory and this dealership. We have always been impressed with the BMW dealership. We love our SUV and had no question about getting into a new BMW when the lease was up. Mike Brin was wonderful. He brought the SUV to the house and helped us set up the garage door opener. He was very informative, polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Mike to a friend. This dealership was far away from my home but they had the best prices and selection for the used BMW I was seeking. It was worth the 1 hour drive down to get such a great deal. My sales associate was super knowledgeable and helpful. He and the service I received, along with a good deal made the long drive worthewhile. Better pricing than other area dealers.
