Jason was very professional in outling the various features of the models we were contemplating. We arrived at a fair price and the deal was put together with no hassle. Jason's instructions on the operation of the vehicle were very clear and he has always been available to answer questions well after we took possession of hte vehicle

I located my vehicle on your website and contact the internet team that referred me to Larry Brewer. This was the first time i have purchased a vehicle over the phone, and Larrry made the expereince very pleasureable. When i arrived at the dealer to pick-up the vehicle i was extremely impressed with the service that was provided to team me about the vehicle and go through my financing options. First impressions: Showroom is welcoming, sophisticated yet "low key". My husband and I were welcomed by sales representative, King Bigelow who listened to what we wanted and needed in our new car. It was indeed a pleasant surprise to be treated by such courteous and professional sales and financial associates at this dealership. This was my first purchase of a BMW, the "ultimate Driving Machine" and in my opinion, Germain is the "ultimate BMW dealership" !!!

Good, except there was a dent in the front bumper that was painted over and was not disclosed. Should have been fro the price I paid. Did not realize until I got back to Atlanta.

Larry was very helpful, respectful of my choices, willing to answer questions, not pushy even after he has my cel phone number and my office number. He was on time for the appointments we made and very willing to take test drives and also to work with me with the price that I thought was fair. Very professional.

We were greeted nicely at the front desk by a young lady. We have owned 3 other BMWs in the past so asked if our former salesperson was available. He was no longer there so we were quickly given over to Ahmad. He was most gracious and took us directly to cars that fit the description of what we were looking for.
