I can be a challenge to deal with. A lot of questions, uncertainties, indecisive. Their patience never gave me the impression that anything I requested or asked was to difficult or out of the ordinary. Made me feel very comfortable, and felt attended to at all times.

It was time to replace my 2009 SUV and I had narrowed down the choice for a new one to the Lexus RX359, the Cadillac SRX and the BMW X 3. Steve's no nonsense approach was very appreciated. Negotiations were conducted satisfactorily long distance over the phone. His help in securing small extras, such as new floor mats, was an added plus. Despite some problems with the paperwork, Steve stayed on top of the situation and brought about a quick and satisfactory conclusion. We are on our third lease of pair of BMWs. We started our first in Washington, DC, and added a second car when we joined with Germain. The experience has gotten better and better. Procedures and service I felt could not be better but somehow it moved up yet another notch this time. Jason and Neal had all the answers, a fine selection of cars.
