Months ago I asked Jim McGinn to find a peviously owned 6 series convertible. Jim explained that it's rare for that model to become available as a pre-owned but he agreed to try. As months passed, we stayed in touch by phone and one brief visit at the dealership when I was in Naples. Happily, we recieved a call from Jim advising he found a great car that met my preferences. My experience was great. Friendly and easy to work with. Due to my busy work schedual i was only able to use email and minor phone useage. Daron was great at getting me setup and on my way. I also checked Tracys name, though we didnt talk much. She was very nice and helpfull. She called me when my plate arrived to the dealership. Gary was awesome! he worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted. He spent a great deal of time with us and even though it was closing time he wasen't leaving until we were happy. Then the next day he spent more time getting my husband set up with blue tooth. He was able to get us a great trade in on my vehicle. We entered the dealership to service an existing BMW. With a few minutes to scan the lot we began a conversation with Daron. It was obvious very quickly Daron was genuinely interested in helping us rationalize a decision to replace our old vehicle.
