I traveled all the way from Fort Myers to see Chris Tuttle and Jim McGinn at Germain BMW in Naples. I've worked with Chris at the BMW of Fort Myers when I bought my last BMW (he has since relocated to the Naples BMW Center) and read rave reviews about Jim on this and other websites. I bought a certified preowned BMW from Peter. He did a great job,friendly and accomadating. He provided me all the information on the car including a car fax that i needed to make a decision. Lived up to all his committments! Peter did a great job!! I liked dealing with him! On the other hand i sold you my Jag.When i came to pick up my check no one could find it. Then the receptionist went and checked on it and told me it had been mailed to me. As of this date i have not received my check. I did not involve Peter in this tra... read more

We found Jim McGinn to be an enormously helpful client advisor. Jim went out of his way to discuss options with us, locate the ideal vehicle, keep us informed about its progress to the dealer, and provide a lengthy and detailed introduction to its technology package when we took delivery. Moreover, Jim is a delightful man. We recommend him with enthusiasm. We were also impressed with the other helpful and pleasant people whom we met at Germain BMW - a very fine staff.

I think Steve was very honest, accommodating, and professional. Due to our specific situation buying on line and sight unseen , I'm pleased with the vehicle. I'm pleased with Steve and his help. The experience was less than memorable dealing with info coming from within as paperwork and mail communications began. I understand holidays and bad timing but internal obstacles and discrepancies pissed me off. Thank you Steve for your help and assistance in a professional manner. Buddy
