Jim has done a great job for us beginning 2 years ago when my wife and I test drove an X3 and a 535. Great follow-up when we ordered the 2013 535xi from the time the car was ordered until it was delivered and thereafter. Very good advice on lease (prepaid) vs. purchase. My wife and I found Germain BMW an excellent choice for the lease of a new BMW. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and painless buying my new 535i was. We originally visited Germain to buy a certified pre-owned 530 or 535 but after viewing a new 2012 on the lot, decided to pursue this instead. Jim McGinn is a salesman's salesman. Honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Another reason we purchased a second BMW ( last year's purchase was a 750) from Germain is service. Bill Emerson has serviced our old (now traded in) BMW 740 for over ten years as well as our daughter and son-in-law's BMW Z3. The product is excellent but the people behind the product makes the difference,

Germain had the auto that matched my search on CarGurus.com After review and phone conversation with an informative sales person and over the phone deposit was made. Working with my local credit union, Germain made the pickup and sale transaction simple. Note: the only day I was able to pickup the truck was on the sales persons day off, Kevin Browne. He insured the transaction took place with minimal dealy. Thank you Kevin & Germain for the job well done!

I went to Germain to look for a new car and I was glad to see all my former sales associates from another BMW dealership had moved to Germain. I had a great experience with the purchase of my new BMW! Everyone was very professional and and extremely knowledgeable! This is my fifth BMW and Germain will be my new dealership.
