I gave this dealership and my experience with Sam Rusinik the highest rating based on the way I was treated at the dealership and made to feel a part of the BMW family. Sam worked with me to get the car I wanted at the price I could afford. Sam personally transfered all of my belongings to my new automobile down to my Naples beach sticker, which I myself, had forgotten about. Sam made a low-key and sincere effort to address my preferences and requirements, working within the flexible parameters I provided. He focused on what could be done to meet my specific needs vs what couldn't. He didn't attempt to sell me what I didn't want and I appreciate that. The result was a pleasant and successful transaction. I ended up paying more than I had planned, somewhat offset by getting some additional options, which are nice but not necessary. This is the 2nd BMW we have bought/leased from this dealership. We liked the service department response with the 1st car so we came back to Germain when we were looking for our 2nd car. Mike Brin Worked with us over a couple of week, provided great information about the various models we were interested in and several test drives. When we finally decided on a car he worked with us through the purchase/lease options until we made our decision. Mike was informative, patient and easy to work with.

Sam Rusinik was extremely helpful....even picking me up at the airport and driving me to the Naples showroom (from FOrt Meyers). I was very appreciative. Ken Burkhart was also helpful and they both have continued to answer my questions and help me with using the navigation and other applications. Even the car wash was "great". I hate dealing with car salespersons and had just come from another car dealership where I had been subjected to an aggressive, high pressure sales technique which is so typical in the car industry. What a great and pleasant surprise it was to meet Mr Martin and other staff members at Germain BMW. I was treated courteously and with respect and professionalism. Mr. Martin provided helpful information and allowed the car I purchased to "sell itself". The overall experience at Germain was outstanding.

Leasing my new car at Germain BMW was a great experience. Every staff member I talked to was respectful and knowledgeable, the vehicle selection on the lot was diverse, and I was very happy with the way I was treated and the deal I got. Even though my transaction was not complete until after the dealership closed, they took the time to show me all of the car's features and to set up my bluetooth and BMW Assist. Steve Williams is an outstanding sales executive and professional to work with and should be rcognized as a leader in the industry for Germain and BMW. Found the staff very friendly and accomodating to my needs. I had aproblem which they solved while negotiating for a car. I reccomend this dealership to anyone looking for an automobile.
