Kevin was and is the one of the best Sales person i every met in my life. Friendly, not pushing you. He gives time to think. He wants to have you back in the future. Went in to look at and buy a used CPO BMW. They all were very attentive and knowledgeable about the vehicle, going over and beyond to make my buying experiance a pleasure. I would highly recommend anyone going there to purchase a vehicle new or used. Excellent facility they have there as well. Thanks for the new car guys!!

One of my best car purchasing experiences! Kevin was sensitive to my time requirements and needs. He completed a through oreintation of the car and collaborated with the Service Manager to address my concerns over the warped dashboard of a CPO car. Kevin excelled at demonstrating "Think Customer" behavior.

Jim was terrific to work with on the lease purchase for my new BMW. This is my first BMW and he did a great job of thoroughly explaining what the BMW differences are compared to the other vehicles that I was also considering. Jim listened to my needs and wants and was excellent at providing me with the information I needed to make my decision. I look forward to receiving my new vehicle and to many years of working together.

Our sales associate Kevin Browne was extremely cordial, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Kevin identified our specific requirements and took us immediately to the car we ultimately purchased. This vehicle was not even on the lot yet but still in service being detailed and serviced so it could be offered as "certified". The service team stopped their work and along with Kevin demonstrated all of the features and offered to free it up so we could take it for a test drive.
