I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of everyone that was involved with my new car purchase. From the great price for the new card and the fair value I received for my trade it was a pleasant experience over all. They even arranged to have my trade picked up and my new car delivered to my house. I would definitely recommend BMW of Naples.

Superior service by Jim McGinn. This rating is given for his knowledge and attention to detail regarding the purchase of our new X1 and for his past service in purchases of automobiles for Germain. The execution of the documents for financing was done well and with great efficiency. Jim McGinn also followed up with a problem which ensued with the car roadside assistance with the BMW I traded to my satisfaction. Jim McGinn is very professional and customer service oriented.

The service experience by BMW of Naples not only exceeded my expectations but surpassed them by far. I basically came out of the reviews received by USAA and as active duty military member, it takes a lot to trust someone like USAA does. Kevin was both patient and friendly, although you could tell he had work at least 10 hours that day.It was an entire family experience and he did not mind my wife and two kids, treating them like their own. I shopped extensively for price and specific vehicle and Naples BMW was the best and most forthright of all the dealers I spoke with. Ken knew his product and was demonstratively better than every other salesman including Lexus Audi and Infinity.
