The quality of service and personal attention that we received from this team at the Germain BMW was above and beyond our expectations. This has been the best car buying experience of my life. I was treated with courtesy and respect and made to feel valued. There was never that "pounced upon" feeling that so often happens when you walk into a dealership showroom. I was shown what cars were available, what options were available and given explanations of the differences and benefits of each. Larry was so helpful in the purchase of my new bmw 5 series sedan. We wen't in on a Saturday and we where taken care of in a couple of hours. He was pleasant and very knowledgable! I have spoken with him a couple of times since the purchase with questions, etc. and he continues to be very customer service oriented.

We went to Naples germaine BMW only because we have dealt with Mike Brin in acquiring our last 2 vehicles at FT Myers BMW. We trusted that he would get us a new vehicle for the fairest price and would take care of all the small details. Once again, he did go above and beyond our expectations.!! We purchased the car very late in the evening, Walt was happy to stay past your standard closing time and was very accomodating and quick to help us with any questions we had. I also really appreciated that Walt took the time to handle my insurance transfer almost immediately the following day. Great service!
