This is our third car leased from Germain BMW. Jim McGinn is a joy to work with and makes the buying experience fun and easy. His attention to detail is second to none and the rest of the team back him up with the same friendly attention and ease going all the way to the top of the dealership. We have been buying BMW's off and on for over 30 years now and will be back in two years assured that we'll be working with the best team BMW has to offer.

After experiencing just a terrible car purchasing experience with our local BMW Dealer in Fort Myers, FL three years ago, we ventured south to Naples, FL and Germain BMW. Our lease of a X5 Diesel was pleasant, fair with great service! Jim McGinn stayed with us for the entire process, spent two hours educating us on the vehicle technology, even called our agent and removed the old car and added the new. We have had a very positive experience with BMW Germain. Both of the sales representatives we worked with have been enthusiastic about the BMW vehicles and have answered my questions graciously and with an abundance of knowledge of the car features. Although Steve Williams was not our initial car salesman, he was very generous with his time in reviewing the navigation system and voice commands as well as initiating BMW Assist. Friendly, helpful accommodating. Kevin help to make up our mind in few ours and sort out any of the issues related to purchase, especially as driving from south Fort Myers to look on what is available we were not prepared to have the purchase done in a couple of hours. Once again excellent job done bykevin.

When we leased our new 2013 X3 at Germain BMW Naples, it was the best car experience we had had in a long time. Our sales rep, Jason Durston, along with with Neal, manager, and Steve, technician, were very friendly, knowledgable, and above all enthusiastic during the whole process. Their follow through has been great. We would recommend Germain BMW to anyone.

Germain has serviced our prior BMW for many years. We had trouble turning the ignition Key. This was caused by the strength in my hands. The service dept. tried to fix this, but they could not do anything. They suggested we visit the prior owned car area and look for a newer model that would have a push button ignition. This is the second BMW we have purchased and/or leased at Germain BMW. The customer service department has always been very helpful for scheduled vehicle maintenance on the first BMW purchase. Both Mike Brin and Steve Williams exhibited professional and excellent interpersonal skills and were extremely helpful in showing how to operate vehicle with sophistication and excellent knowledge. I would higly recommend the dealership and BMW products to others.

Pleasant experience. They defined "hassle-free" to a tea. The staff was very polite and extremely competent. The dealer showroom and waiting areas were very comfortable and very clean

Chris Tuttle, Ken and his teammates are the best at customer service and satisfaction! They are only reason I just bought my third BMW 7 series in last 6 years. Yes, it's a great car, but the service is why I keep coming back to them (even though they are 30 minutes away), instead of using my local BMW dealership.
