"They exceeded out expectations for an organized transaction" JJ went out of his way to help us return a rental car and expedite the business part of the transaction. We were traveling in from Boca Grande, and JJ helped keep everything on task so that we could spend the minimum amount of time in the dealership. Covid 19 concerns.

"Excellent service by friendly, knowledgeable professionals" I have been a customer of Germain BMW for a lot of years. The consistent high quality of of their service and repair give me confidence taking my car there.This excellent service is provided in a pleasant environment by friendly, helpful people. I'm fortunate that Moises Marante is my Service Adviser. He is helpful and polite, but most important, Moises understands the BMW vehicles and how to repair them.

"Car buying made easy!!!!" I recently leased a 440i convertible from Alexandru Soare. It was the easiest transaction I have ever had. He was pleasant, polite and quick with quotes, replies, questions, etc .I bought this beautiful car on a Thursday and it was delivered to my home on Saturday. Talk about uncomplicated and fast, can't beat that!! Thanks Alex.

"New vehicle purchase" I recently bought a 2020 X3 BMW from Germain BMW. My salesperson Max Zuercher was absolutely fabulous. He was very warm and friendly and was not a high pressure sales person, as he has been in two previous transactions with me in 2006 (530i BMW) and 2017 (X3 BMW). He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in buying and worked to get me the best deal. I had an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this dealership, and Max as a salesperson !!

"Satisfied Buyer" Peter Martin was most helpful in the purchase of my certified preowned 330i by giving me regular updates regarding price changes. He also sent the paper work over to me so my time spent at the dealership when I came in to pick the car up was kept to a minimum.

"Back to BMW" I've been with BMW for about 15 years, however, the dealer from Orlando that leased me this car was terrible and soured me on BMW. Germain BMW restored my faith in BMW. I purchased my low mileage lease car through Germain, and John "JJ" Joseph was extremely helpful, friendly and adept at getting things done for me. I've been servicing my BMWs at Germain for years, Rhoel Gray has been my go to guy. 5-stars for both JJ and Rhoel.
