"Outstandng personal service" Everyone at Germain BMW treats me as if I had a $100,000 car instead of a 2011 128i convertable. My service adviser Jeremy Bongle is the best, yesterday he was able to get me an appointment that coinsideded with getting my dog groomed and saved me a 2nd trip. He also takes the time to know what my car needs so I don't pay for unnessasary service, I consider him a friend.

"Great Service!" We recently had two of our cars serviced at Germain BMW and it was top notch. Rhoel Gray our service advisor was great to work with. The service center found an issue while changing our oil and Rhoel let us know it was going to take a little longer than planned so he provided us with a courtesy car to use. Can't say enough about the service we were provided.

"JJ stays with you" I received a good deal on a very clean 2014 BMW. JJ and I were able to reach a fair deal on my trade and the new car fairly quickly. I have done this many times before and don't tolerate BS, did not have that issue at all with JJ. The previous owner had forgotten to deliver the second key and from all accounts, even though he was within 2 hours, could care less about bringing or mailing the key. JJ even gave him the fedex label to send it. It took weeks but JJ stayed on him constantly and the key finally ... read more

"Rhoel Gray is a great example of what a service person..." Rhoel Gray is a great example of what a service person should aspire to! He is quick to respond; has knowledge of the cars, problems & always provides an answer with options, if appropriate to the problem. He works tirelessly to support my needs as well as respecting my time. He makes problems solvable!
