"George Donovan, Service Advisor" This was my first experience with Germain’s Service Department. I has purchased an X3 three days prior and a warning light indicating my tire pressure was low came on, on my way home from the dealership. I called my salesperson, Alex Soare, who advised me to monitor the pressure (it was very cold that evening) and to come in for service if the pressure fell below a certain level. "Recall" Jeremy Bongle was the person who helped me and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Wish I lived here year round so I could use Germain and Jeremy all the time

"Adrian Pena was terrific! Right on top of what service I..." Adrian Pena was terrific! Right on top of what service I needed and got the mechanics to complete the work quickly. Explained what was done and what it cost, and I was back on the road in less than one hour!

"Excellent and efficient service" Once again I was extremely pleased with the efforts and high level of service given to me by Adrian Pena. My oil change and car wash was done in less than an hour. Adrian came out to the car at my request and reset the car service data. As always the entire service staff was top notch. PARKE Smith

"Knowledgeable, professional " John JJ Joseph is a very enthusiastic advisor. He knows the BMW cars and was able to guide me through the leasing process. I hope I get the opportunity to deal with him again when this current lease is up. Very glad I met him.

"New car purchase" I just purchased a new 700 series at Germain BMW. This was accomplished after two months of trials and discussions. I first signed to purchase a 700 series in Dec 19. After reconsideration I changed my mind. After doing so I tried a number of models like a 500 series and. M4 SUV at Germaine. Also tried two models elsewhere..
