"Great Service" Great Service really comes down to the people at the dealership. I’ve known Adrian for over five years and previously had him as my service rep at a local Mercedes dealership. I can’t say enough for him giving the straight skinny on my car’s needs.

"Always Good" I live closer to another BMW dealership but drive the extra miles to get to Germain. People are friendly, helpful and honest. I contacted him, the parts were ordered & we scheduled the service. He arranged for a loaner since the service would take a few hours. I was very satisfied with my experience.
