"Excellent Same Day Service" When a warning light flashed on while driving, I contacted Adrian Pena in Customer Service, who suggested I bring the car in right away. When I arrived, Adrian had already arranged for their free shuttle service to take me home, as well as pick me up once the necessary repairs were completed. Service at Germain BMW is always outstanding, and Adrian is a pleasure to work with.
