"Excellent service" I had a great experience from beginning to end at Germain BMW. Rhoel Gray was my service advisor and made it such an easy process. He kept me informed about my car and I was given a loaner car to use. The work was done earlier than expected and my car was clean and shiny when I picked it up. I would recommend working with Rhoel - definitely ask for him to be your advisor!

"Not your father's/mother's car buying experience!" I went into the dealership without a spouse or partner, (my husband was out of town,but I didn't mention that.) I met JJ and he immediately started the process of selling me a car. It was a great experience. He was professional and very straight forward. No any hidden costs, or haggling.
