"Pleasant Experience" It was a pleasant experience at Germain BMW. Alex Pope was attentive and knowledgeable. He worked to get Mechanics the deal I was looking for and helped facilitate the process once the deal was struck.
"Outstanding sales associate " John JJ Joseph was a knowledgeable and professional salesperson. I would recommend him without reservation. Unfortunately the overall experience was marred by the finance dept presenting an incorrect contract. On a positive note, the issue was easily resolved.

There was a small crack in the tail light of our vehicle that we did not detect. Peter referred us to Rhoel Gray who met with us promptly, addressed our need for replacement of the cracked tail light, ordered the part and called us straight away to schedule the repair for the very next day.
