"JJ made the car buying experience easy and actually fun!" I hate going to car dealerships. The few times I went to others checking out a vehicle they were irritated that I didn't buy, and this didn't even involve a test drive. "Super happy new customer!!" I was very pleased with the service that I received. We purchased my vehicle as an out-of-state purchase. "Alex Soare at Germain BMW is Top Notch" I arrived at the dealership to simply expand my new car research which I had begun online. Alex greeted my husband and I and was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. He cared about my needs in a new car purchase. I would highly recommend meeting with Alex when considering either a used or new car purchase.

"Flat tire, positive experience!" Picked up a nail in my 2018 BMW in a run flat Pirelli. Tire was out of air after refilling it. Called dealer at 945 am, spoke to Moises, and he confirmed they had tire in stock. Arrived at 1025, left 1145 after a car wash ( my choice-could have left earlier). Moises stayed on top of it until I left.

"Wonderful!" JJ Joseph made the entire process of buying a car so easy for us. He explained the history of the car and we felt confident with our purchase. We will highly recommend JJ to anyone who is looking to buy a pre-owned car at BMW Germain Nick Jones was excellent with us in his patience and explanation about the car when he came to our condo.
