"Personalized Care" Great service, hospitality, and professional care. Jeremy Bongle is my service manager. He is outstanding. My car was brought in needing a new battery. He immediately had a tech begin servicing my car. When it was realized my car needed to be reprogrammed with the new battery installed ,Jeremy immediately arranged for me to have a loaner car. The programming can take hours. Jeremy promptly called me the next morning letting me know my car was ready for pickup.

My warranty had just expired and my car needed over $1300 In repairs. Adrian was able to handle it like a boss and got upper management involved to see what they can do for me. "HeadRest Replacement " Rhoel Gray was fantastic from my first visit with headrest issue to the installation of a new one. He good to his word from notifying BMW of America of the issue, ordering a replacement, keeping me updated, and scheduling a service appointment for the installation.
