"Christian Hoza Is the best!" Christian Hoza Is always very pleasant and professional. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. I chose to service my car with Christian despite of the higher costs of the dealership, I always have the best experience. I’ve been servicing my car at the BMW Naples location since 2011 and I can say that I have never received better service than Christian proves.

"Excellent customer service Christian!" Christian has been helping me perform what I would call a 'mechanical refresh' on my 2003 BMW M3 Coupe. For the last few years he has always been super honest and helpful with my servicing needs. Just recently he helped me resolve what I thought was going to be a major problem and in the end was a simple plastic shopping bad that had burnt to my exhaust.
