"Excellent - Adrian Peña" I just returned form a long trip of 7200mi. My BMW ran excellent, trouble free and in comfort. It was time for regular service and a list of services I needed performed. My concern is always when you give a shop too much to do in one visit something inedibly slips through the cracks and you end up coming back more than once. Adrian handled it in stride, professionalism and timely. I am impressed, thank you for making my experience with my BMW an excellent one!

"Five star service!" My wife had a flat tire at the end of her work day. Christian worked us in and replaced two tires. He also did a front end alignment. All this was done within an hour and a half with no appointment! My wife made it to our dinner party!

"Exceptional professional and pleasant interactions with serv" Consistently the service and advisor, Christian Hoza, provides professional, prompt, and exceptional service. Communications are pleasant and issue resolved without any inconvenience. He has handled the few service related issues for the past several years the same way.

"Why Germain BMW in Naples ?" The reason we leased the car from Germain and not Fort Myers -who by the way are always more aggressive dealers- was the person we worked with . Jeff Woody. We have either been leasing or buying a BMW since 1995. Our last two BMWs were leased in Fort Myers. This time around Jeff made the difference. The final offers were very close. He tilted the balance in your favor. Excellent listening skills; patient; begins to seek closure at precisely the right time.

"Service team and Rhoel Gray" Service team was excellent, especially Rhoel Gray. We had a minor problem and it was fixed right away. Germains fixed our X7 and 750i siimultaneously

"Customer Service" Frank has great Customer Service skills. His knowledge of the vehicle you are interested is outstanding. I visited the dealership many times and was always greeted by name. Even though I did not purchase my current vehicle through them, due to reasons beyond the control of the dealership. I purchased my previous vehicle with Germain and look forward to future purchases. David Walker-Hughes was also helpful and both would reach out to me and answer all the questions I had.

"Best experience by any standards." Germain BMW and Max Zuercher in specific made my leasing experience the best ever. Everything was explained fully. The process was quick and there were no hidden surprises. Only dedicated work and sincere effort can produce such a result.
