"Excellent & Fair" I had a chance to perform some background check on the car I was looking at before I sat down to talk about purchasing. I also returned on three occasions to road test the car before sitting down with the sales associate. The associates presentation was personable and professional and not your typical sales pitchy. "High standards and focus on customer satisfaction" I own two BMW vehicles that I purchased from another local BMW dealer. I moved my service business to Germain because of service advisor George Donavan. I worked with George when he was at Germain Honda and he is the reason I brought my business to Germain BMW. George is very knowledgable, easy to work with and he works hard to ensure that specific requests and inquiries are addressed.

"top notch dealership" In February of 2018 I bought a pre-owned 328i convertible from Germain BMW. The car was immaculate and the service, sales and dealership was top notch. this year, August 2019, I went back and purchased a 2017 X3 and again all aspects of dealing with the dealership were flawless. A day after I took the X3 home, my tire developed a leak and I took the car back to Germain and they found the tire had a nail in it. No questions asked by the dealership. "Showed patience with us though our decision process" We knew we wanted a car for our Florida home but didn't know exactly what we wanted (other than a light color and a sun roof). We just showed up at the dealership on several occasions to see what was on the lot; JJ was always receptive and didn't try to push us for a decision. He was very knowledgeable on all the different cars and went to extremes to get answers to our questions. I felt very comfortable with JJ; we was very patient and helpful.

"Customer Service is Supreme" Zech Nicome worked with me through every step of buying my new BMW 440xi, including; a fabulous test drive, putting the deal together, assisting to unlock my locked credit, checking in as I waited for delivery, and following up with phone calls. He even set up a home appointment with a Genius to get the garage door opener set in the car. Thank you Zech for all you attention to details and assistance. I am delighted with my new car!
