"Best BMW Service Advisor" George Donovan is a very experienced and professional Service Advisor. He greets you by name, remembers your car, answers all questions, translates your repair problem descriptions, then calls you with the estimate for work that needs to be done. George facilitates the whole service experience, keeps you advised of the entire repair process, and calls you when your car is ready to pick up. Best BMW Service Advisor I have worked with since 2007, when I first purchased a BMW.

"The Best Service Ever!!" I live in Miami and my car had issues in Naples . George Donavan took complete control and assured me I was in good hands. He had my car up and running in a few hours. "Very nice. The way buying should be. " My wife and i bought a preowned 128i almost sight unseen. Very nervous but all of our worries evaporated when we met "JJ" John Johnson. "Engine service light " I called Rhoel Gray, the service adviser at Germain in Naples that has been overseeing service and repair of my BMW for some time now. He invited me to drop off my car the same afternoon and have a loaner car ready. One day later the car was ready. I work full time in Naples, having this prompt service is very important to me.
