"Exceptional service." Exceptional service. Since coming down to Florida I have had two occasions to have service done on our two BMWs. The fortunate thing for me was I was introduced to service advisor Adrian Pena. I told him my immediate need was a new battery since my existing battery was dying. He not only said that he would do that but the other items that I wanted which basically was a full-service he also agreed to do. I didn’t have to come back a second time. " JJ and my experience 😊" He is really knowledgeable and genuinely cares that his customer is happy. My first question to him was if my car had 18 inch wheels and he knew instantly which is important that he didn’t have to ask someone. Otherwise I wouldn’t have felt confident with him from there on. On my test drive he made me feel comfortable and at ease. Doing all of the steps to buying it he was perfect. If I knew someone who wanted a BMW I would definitely send them to JJ.

"Hard to find problem thanks Ron Arnold" Hard to find problem on cooling system. Ron Arnold my service advisor did everything possible to resolve problem and it was. Very thankful for his experience and going out of the way to handle my transportation needs during the process. I do not live in town but will always use this dealership . I have had my x5 for four years now and have always been treated as if it was the day I bought it.

"Tire losing air" George assessed the problem, arranged a loaner and had the car back to me that afternoon. The price isn’t low but George has no control over that.
