"Frank Angelillo and Patrick Dodard ...AMAZING Salesmen!" I was a longtime BMW customer, but switched to Mercedes after a poor sales experience (Germaine no longer employs that individual ). "Great Service Advisor" Jeremy Bongle was extremely professional and courteous. He told us when our service would be completed and when we returned he had our bill ready and our car pulled up. It was a routine oil change but also a recall that took several hours. The dealership provided us with a loaner car so that we could run some important errands while our car was being repaired. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

"Unparalleled Professionalism and Customer Service!" I called Frank Angelillo in the afternoon inquiring about a new lease . . . within two hourse he texted photos of a BMW X3 model that I love, worked out pricing, gave me a great deal, and I drove out of the dealership with my new car shortly thereafter.
