I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. John Guida took the time to give me all my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand-new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Germain BMW of Naples. It was worth the hour drive to get there.

We just leased our first BMW. When the process first started we weren't sure this could be an option financially that we could afford. Ken was great at looking at all and any option to keep us as close to our budget as possible. In the end we got the car we wanted and at a good payment. Great service, great people.

Ken was an exemplary professional throughout the whole process. He takes pride in his work and should serve as a role model to all those in his field. All my questions were answered and I felt comfortable throughout the entire shopping process. You should definitely ask for him if you are considering a vehicle. The whole dealership was extremely friendly and hospitable. I shopped around a few different dealerships in the area and found this one to be the best in all categories.

We were out of town and saw an add for a BMW at Germaine dealership. We call and spoke with Ken Caraglio. He put together a fabulous deal for us! We returned and went right over to Germaine. Ken had all the paperwork together answered all our questions and we left with our new car! Ken was knowledgeable, personable and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely go back to Ken when we are ready for another car.

Sorry to not have gotten this out earlier but here it finally is. Bought a used 2012 X3. Daron Lynn was my sales contact. Do note we live in New Hampshire and this was done all on line. I can say that the whole process really blew us away, every detail was covered and taken care of with not one issue. Daron even had a shipping company that he recommended and within 3 days our new to us vehicle was delivered to our doorstep. Would surely buy another vehicle again. Service has always been great. When it was time to look for something newer, we were asked to give pre-owned a shot, and happy we did. KC was low pressure and high service throughout the whole experience. He did everything he could to make the process easy for us, from calling our insurance company, arranging transfer of our tags, and even lent a hand moving ‘stuff’ from old Car to the new.
