Jim McGinn was the best salesperson ever. He spent the day with us showing us as many cars as we wanted to see and explained every detail on the car. He knew our budget and stayed in those perimeters. He was professional, smart and friendly. I would buy another car with him and would highly recommend hIm and the dealership. Even after the sale and being with us most of the day, he returned my call that night when I had a question. Amazing!!! Thank you Jim!!

This is the second car I have bought/leased from Jim McGinn, and I cannot even begin to say enough nice things about him. He is helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and, all in all, a very nice man. I have always thought that car salesmen take advantage of women--and some of them do--but not Jim. He is simply the best. And he works at what must be the best BMW dealership around; the service is outstanding. I'll be back.

He always kept in touch and informed us about new products. We can highly recommend him as your BMW sales agent.

It was a pleasure doing business with Mike and Raquel. They are both top notch they made the purchase experience a pleasure. They were very thorough and professional with a hint of humor. add to that Dan "the genius" showing and explaining the amazing technology. It was time well spent. I couldn't have had more of buying experience.

The purchase of the car, 750 BMW, was largely due to the expertise of KC (Ken) as I was just looking with my wife but his approach and knowledge of the product convinced myself and my wife that the place and people made a gpod argument for the purchade of a car now. I would strongly recommend BMW of Naples. (Germain)

I had a great experience leasing my new X1 from Ken. Generally, I find the experience of buying or leasing a new car to be highly stressful and unpleasant. I have to say he really made the experience easy, efficient and pleasant. Very good to deal with.

Jim McGinn is an awesome salesperson. He takes fantastic care of his customers at all times ...........which may not always be in his or the dealers favor. He has tremendous knowledge of the BMW product line and does an excellent job of assisting customers get the right features. He is to top salesperson for a reason, he's the best.

My wife and I were introduced to KC and Germain BMW by friends who had recently purchased a car at the dealership. KC’s professionalism and attention to detail was immediately apparent as he led us through the process. I especially liked KC taking the time to introduce us to all of the Germain team who would be involved with us before and after the sale. Our most recent purchase at Germain BMW was our third one. Raquel knew that we wanted a car with many options. She was alerted to one coming in and let us know immediately. After a viewing and test drive, we knew that we wanted the car. Peter and Daron got the vehicle ready to go, and answered all our questions. All in all, a very nice, professional experience.
