Raquel is enthusiastic without being pushy. She is a great listener and knowledgeable. If she doesn't know the answer, she will find it for you! The dealership overall has a great vibe and management is very present offering warm professionalism. I have had my previous car serviced here and Ron Arnold is awesome!

I went in to close one lease and initiate another. I had stringent parameters as to what was manditory in the vehicle and what I needed in the financing... All my parameters were met and some were even better for my situation than I had hoped for. We have purchased five BMWs from Germain of Naples. Our salesman Greg Bell had the vehicles we were interested in ready at the front of the lot as soon as we arrived. He had our current car washed and detailed while we looked at the additional car we were purchasing. Once we chose the X3 Greg had a "Genius" review all the features with us while completing the financing! What a smooth and VERY FAST experience Greg provides every time we are at the dealership!
